Ron, a partner of Law Jones Funeral Home since 2018, takes ownership of every part of the manufacturing process with care and attention to detail, and a passion that comes straight from the heart. Having lost dear friends and two brothers too soon in life, Ron came to the realization that he could provide special handmade caskets that embodied the zest for life, love of country, and nostalgia for the good ole days, whether they were 70 years ago, or last week, that many of his friends and family share.
The process by which these caskets are made starts with the personal selection of barn wood and cedar boards. Ron then cuts all of them by hand, and incorporates brass skeleton key locks and handles. The handles are all individually removable, serving as, along with the skeleton keys, mementos that family members or pallbearers can keep for a lifetime.
