William “Bill” C. Popp Jr., age 56, of Mt. Carroll, Illinois formerly of Michigan passed away Saturday, December 28, 2013 at FHN Memorial Hospital in Freeport, Illinois. Cremation rites will be accorded. Bill is survived by his two sisters, Charlotte (Steve) Behrens of Mt. Carroll and Penny (Peter) Popp of Cedar Falls, Iowa.
