Nancy Jo Schuster

Nancy Jo Schuster, age 71, of Henderson, NV, passed away July 1st, 2021 in her home. A graveside memorial service will be held Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 12pm, at Lower York Cemetery, in rural Thomson, IL. Family and friends are invited to share in Nancy’s life at lawjonesfuneralhome.com.

Nancy was a graduate of Thomson High School. She was an outgoing person who was a pleasure to be around. Nancy was very crafty and enjoyed sewing and crocheting. She loved to cook and was a great baker as well. Nancy worked as a bus driver for Reed-Custer for many years. She then retired to Henderson, NV where she would play Bingo in her free time.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Carl “Mickey” Schuster and children, Rebecca (Brian) Mellen of Coal City, IL, William (Lori) Eslinger of McCloud, OK, Sarah (George) Weaver of Braidwood, IL, 8 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Myles and Jeannette, and brother James.
