Michael C. Rowland

Michael Curtis Rowland, age 65 of Mount Carroll, Illinois, formerly of Naperville, Illinois, died on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at home. Cremation rites have been accorded. Mike was born on July 4, 1947, the son of Temple and Edna (Zisterer) Rowland in Aurora, Illinois. He worked for Nabisco Foods in Naperville for twenty-two years. Mike will be dearly missed by one son, William (Cheryl) Rowland of Lanark, Illinois; two granddaughters, Christina Rowland of Dwight, Illinois and Jesika Sokolinski of Morris, Illinois; and two sisters, Shirley (James) Jungels of Naperville, Illinois and Harriet (George) McHugh of Montgomery, Illinois. Mike was preceded in death by his parents; four sisters, Patricia Gerten, Sharon Paulak, Dolores Rowland and Marjorie Sheahan; and one brother, Lawrence Rowland.
