Matthew Dean Miller, age 41, of Rock Falls, IL (formerly of Chadwick, IL) died tragically, April 3, 2024, in an accident. Matt was born March 21, 1983 in Morrison, IL. He attended Chadwick/Milledgeville schools.
Matt began farming as a teenager and worked for several area farms over the years.
Matt was a man who enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved fishing, the New York Yankees, and NASCAR. His favorite driver was Dale Earnhart, Jr. Matt loved his many dogs, but most of all, he loved his three amazing children. They were his greatest joy in life.
Matt is survived by his three children, Madalynn, Derek, and Brooklyn; father, Jeff Miller, of Fairhaven; sister, Shelly (Greg) Lantz, of Chadwick; brother, Jonathan Miller, of Chadwick; nephews, Jacob and Kyle Lantz, and Hunter and Trever Miller; and numerous cousins. Matt is preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Judy Miller.
