Mary C. Rannow

Mary Catherine Rannow, age 63, of Savanna, IL, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2021 at MercyOne Hospital Clinton, Iowa. A Celebration of Life service will be held 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 16, 2021 with a visitation from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Law-Jones Funeral Home in Savanna. Mary was born September 29th, 1957, in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of Kimball and Mary (Milligan) Beard. On May 16th, 1986, Mary married Ray Rannow. They celebrated thirty-four years of marriage.



Mary was a homemaker. She enjoyed sewing and creating artwork. She also liked being in the outdoors with family, camping, fishing, and bird watching.



Mary will be dearly missed by her husband Ray of Savanna; two sons, Clyde Rannow of Piedmont, South Carolina and Christopher (fiancée Mia) Rannow of Moline, Illinois; a daughter, Anna Teresa Nelson of Davenport, Iowa; three granddaughters; and three brothers, Kimball Beard, Jr. of Germany, Mike “Wyatt” Beard of California, and Keith (Renee) Beard of Durham, North Carolina. Mary is preceded in death by her parents.
