Martha A. Harms, age 94 of Savanna, Illinois passed away on Friday, November 3, 2006 at the Big Meadows Nursing Facility in Savanna, Illinois. A private burial will take place on Wednesday in the St. Peters Lutheran Cemetery in rural Savanna, Illinois.
Martha was born on January 13, 1912 in Chicago, Illinois the daughter of Hugo and Agnes (Lehmann) Peters. She married Wilbur F. Harms in 1932 in Cook County, Illinois. She was a longtime resident of Savanna, Illinois.
Martha will be missed by one niece, June (Richard) Hebel in Bensenville, Illinois; she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur; one son; four sisters and one brother.
