Krystel Leigh Madison, age 26, of Savanna, Illinois, died suddenly Sunday, January 29 in Mercy Medical Center, Clinton, Iowa. A Memorial Service will be held 3:00 p.m. Thursday, February 2, 2006 at the Law-Jones Funeral Home in Savanna. Father Moises Apostol of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Savanna will officiate. Memorials may be given to the family in Krystel’s name. Friends may call from 1:00~3:00 p.m. Thursday, February 2, 2006, at the Funeral Home prior to the service.
Krystel was born December 18, 1979, the daughter of Alfred and Anatalia (Adalim)Madison in Savanna, Illinois. Krystel was a graduate of Anderson High School, Anderson, Indiana, Class of 1998. In the year 2005, Krystel graduated with honors from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. Her many accomplishments were, graduating Cum Laude, a member of the Honors College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Humanities, and a Teaching Degree.
Krystel worked as a teacher at Black Hawk College Out-Reach Center in Moline, Illinois. Krystel enjoyed all kinds of music, reading and writing, she had several short stories (fictional and non-fictional) published.
Krystel will be deeply missed by her parents; several Aunts and Uncles and many cousins in the Philippines and in the United States.
