Kathleen Ann Flor

At the age of 64, Kathleen Ann Flor, of Sabula, passed away Monday, December 24, 2018 at the Mill Valley Care Center in Bellevue, Iowa. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 31, 2018 at the Law-Jones Funeral Home, Savanna, with a visitation prior to the service, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial is in Evergreen Cemetery, Sabula.

Kathleen was born August 18, 1954 in Savanna, the daughter of Alfred and Marilyn (Shadle) Flor. She grew up with a younger brother, Alan, and a younger sister, Nancy. The family enjoyed taking vacations, even making it to the bottom of the Grand Canyon. Most of all when home, Kathleen enjoyed spending time walking in the backyard and being outdoors with nature. Sometimes Kathleen giggled her way through life. She remained happy through all of life’s struggles.

Kathleen will be dearly missed by her brother, Alan (Rae) Flor of Sabula; her sister, Nancy (Jerry) Haiar of Camanche; and five nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by both parents.
