Jack Prymek, age 78, of Savanna, previously of Riverview and Downers Grove, passed away Monday, July 12, 2021 at Big Meadows Nursing Home in Savanna. A private family service will be held.
Jack was born January 2, 1943, the son of Joseph and Bessie (Spelina) Prymek in Stickney, Illinois. He is a 1961 graduate of Downers Grove High School. On July 12, 1969, Jack married Linda Lucas. They have celebrated 53 years of marriage.
Jack worked many years for Illinois Bell as an Electrical Technician. Jack retired in 1989 and he has since enjoyed many years of visiting and living in Carroll County with his wife Linda. He loved to hunt, fish, and golf. He was a member of Sandburr Run at Thomson.
Jack will be dearly missed by his wife, Linda of Savanna, and a brother, Ralph (Mary) Prymek of Georgia. He also leaves behind their faithful dog and companion, Sparky.
