Irven A. Leinen

Irven A. Leinen, age 41, of Savanna, Illinois died Monday, April 6, 2009 at home. Visitation will be held from 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Thursday, April 9, 2009 at Antl Hall, St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Savanna. Graveside Services will follow Friday, April 10 at Bloomfield Cemetery, Pell Lake, Wisconsin.
Irven was loved by all who met him, he always smiled and brought happiness and laughter to everyone. He enjoyed cars, racing, traveling and going out to hang with friends and play a little pool. Irven was always on “cloud nine” when he could hang out and spend time with his nieces and nephews.
Irven was born January 15, 1968 in Chicago, Illinois. Irven will be dearly missed by his mother, Wladyslawa R. Nowling of Savanna; his father and step-mother, Irven W. (Judy) Leinen of Cuba City, Wisconsin; grandmother, Genia Fijor of Savanna; one brother, Steven (Colleen) Leinen of Pell Lake, Wisconsin; two sisters, Corina P. (David) Parsons of West Virginia and Rebecca E. (Elroy) Riley of Schaumburg, Illinois; a step-brother, Dawayne (Stacey) Champion and step-sister, Starla Champion; three nephews, James, Tyler and Jacob as well as one on the way; five nieces, Jennifer, Samantha, Angel, Elizabeth and Aliyah; and one great nephew, Kenyan as well as one on the way. Irven was preceded in death by his grandparents, Irven and Marie Leinen; and a niece, Emily Ann Parsons and best friend who was like a brother, Ronald Halford.
