Harriet was born June 24, 1925 in Freeport, Illinois, the daughter of John and Irma (Rowe) Lille. She married Walter Winch June 19, 1970. He precedes her in death.
Harriet was a homemaker all of her life. She was a member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses Church. Harriet is survived by her son, John Goodwin of Freeport, Illinois.
