Frances Marion Koch, age 75, of Clinton, Iowa, joined her son, great grandson, parents, brothers and sisters in our Heavenly Fathers loving embrace on Thursday, March 1, 2007 at the Mercy Medical Center North, Clinton, Iowa. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 5, 2007 at the Calvary Lutheran Church, Sabula, Iowa with Reverend Robert Krueger officiating. Friends may call from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday, March 4, 2007 at the Miller-Law-Jones Funeral Home, Preston, Iowa.
Frances was born on May 8, 1931, the daughter of Elsie (Draper) and George Peters in Baker, Oregon. On December 31, 1957, Frances married Leonard Koch, Sr. in Dixon, Illinois. She was a member of the Calvary Lutheran Church in Sabula, Iowa.
Frances enjoyed being a housewife and mother , she brought love and laughter to her family, was always supportive and uplifting. She was passionate about travel, playing cards, reading a good book and growing Iris’.
Frances will be dearly missed by her loving husband, Leonard, Sr. of Clinton; three sons, Leonard, Jr. (Marie) Koch of Whitewater, Wisconsin, Neil (Twila) Koch of Clinton and Mark (Gloria) Robinson of Hanover, Pennsylvania; two daughters, Jean (Richard) Davenport of South Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Roxanne (Curtis) Adams of Fulton, Illinois; fifteen grandchildren and fifteen great grand children; her sisters in-law and brothers in-law.
