Eugene H. Westphal, age 66, of Savanna, Illinois died Saturday, November 12, 2016 at home. A memorial gathering will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Sunday, November 20, 2016 at Ridge Runners in Savanna. A memorial fund has been established in Eugene’s memory.
