Diana B Krabbenhoft

Diana B. Krabbenhoft, age 60, of Miles, Iowa, died Monday, January 11, 2010, at the Mercy Medical Center South Campus, Clinton, Iowa. A visitation will be held from 4 - 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 16, 2010, at the Miller – Law – Jones Funeral Home in Preston, Iowa. Cremation rites will follow visitation. Burial will be in Reeseville Cemetery, rural Miles, at a later date. A memorial fund has been established in Diana’s memory. Diana was born on February 14, 1949, in Savanna, Illinois, the daughter of Arthur and Agnes (McDermott) Roling. She graduated from Sabula High School with the Class of 1967. Diana married Dale Krabbenhoft on September 25, 1971. Dale preceded her in death on December 9, 2009.Diana and Dale owned and operated the 3D Ranch Saddle Shop in Miles and also farmed. Diana also worked at Custom Pak in Clinton, Iowa. Diana loved horses and anything related to horses. She enjoyed gardening, both flower and vegetable. Diana loved her family dearly and spending time with them was always most important.Diana is survived by two daughters, Deborah Krabbenhoft of Avoca, Wisconsin and Michelle Welsh of Postville, Iowa; five grandchildren; and two sisters, Mary Lou Jess of Sabula, Iowa, and Colleen Burken of Clinton, Iowa. Diana was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dale; one sister, Holly Fogle; and two brothers, Norman Roling and Elmer Roling.
