Debra R. Larem

Debra R. Larem, 54, of Mt. Carroll, Illinois passed away Friday, April 28, 2017, in the loving care of her family. Private family services will be held and burial will be in the Lanark Cemetery.
Debra was born August 13, 1962 in Freeport, Illinois, the daughter of Carl and Patricia (Sheridan) Drehmer. She is a 1980 graduate of the Lanark High School. Debra worked thirty years at the Exchange State Bank of Lanark.
Debra’s faith helped her on her journey, and gave her confidence that her family will be safe and strong as they continue their journey. She cherished the moments and memories of being a daughter, mother and grandmother.
Debra will be dearly missed by her two daughters, Stacey (Zane) Russell of Mt. Carroll, Illinois; and Shelley Larem of Stockton, Illinois; two grandsons; her parents, Carl and Patricia Drehmer of Shannon, Illinois; one brother, Edward Drehmer of Freeport, Illinois; and two sisters, Denise (Dennis) Vance of Pearl City, Illinois; and Robin (Mark) Spielmann of Clive, Iowa; and several nieces and nephews. Debra is preceded in death by her grandparents, William and Jeannette Drehmer, and Paul and Elnora Sheridan.A memorial fund has been established.
