Deborah J. Endress graduated into glory on Thursday, December 21, 2023. Raised in Shannon by Bob and Gladys Kampen with her siblings: Cheryl, Dan and Dennis. She married Dave Diefenbach. They had two children Justin (Kimberly) and Rachel (Shaun). After Dave passed, she married Jim Endress and they added Josh (Tiffany) and Haylee (Lake) to the family. They have three awesome grandkids: Landon, Gwen and Gracie.
A gathering of friends will take place on January 2nd, 2024 from 2-6pm at Barnacopia, 2570 NW Branch Rd, Polo, IL. A selection of Deb’s favorite music will be played by Better Late Than Never beginning at 6pm if you wish to stay to enjoy. A Celebration of Life Service will take place at Bethel United Methodist Church, 217 S Hickory St, Shannon, IL on January 3rd at 11am. If you wish to enjoy some of Deb’s favorite music played by Better Late Than Never, please arrive by 10am. There will be some surprises to celebrate her life and you are encouraged to dress casually in bright colors. Stay for the luncheon afterwards, because Deb always liked a good party.
The family requests no flowers. Instead, a memorial fund has been established to support a Highland Community College Foundation Scholarship, the ALS Foundation, and the Serenity Hospice House.
