David Frank Primak, age 56, of Savanna, Illinois and Carson City, Nevada, died suddenly at home Tuesday, December 16, 2008. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday, December 22, 2008 at the Law-Jones Funeral Home, Savanna. Burial will be in Spring Lake Cemetery, Savanna. Visitation will be held 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Sunday, December 21, 2008 at the Funeral Home.

David was born December 3, 1952 in Detroit, Michigan, the son of Joseph and Dorothy (King) Primak. He married Angeline McColley July 23, 1993 in Morrison, Illinois.

David worked for various railroads, starting out as a carman, then becoming a manager, and currently was working as a safety specialist, investigator and inspector for the railroads in the state of Nevada.

David was a member of the Capital Christian Center Assembly of God Church in Carson City, Nevada and the Assembly of God Church in Savanna. He was a railroad enthusiast and loved his corvette.

David will be dearly missed by his wife, Angie Primak of Savanna and Carson City, Nevada; four step-sons, Brian Case, Wendell Case, Philip (Shannon) Case and Jonathon Case, all of Savanna; three grandchildren, Justin, Samantha and Zachary; his mother, Dorothy Primak of Livonia, Michigan; two brothers, Arnold (Bonnie) Primak of New Boston, Michigan and Mark (Hanne) Primak of Temple, Georgia; and two sisters, Marilyn (Mike) Masteranni of Bear Lake, Michigan and Carole Flevaris of Farmington Hills, Michigan. David is preceded in death by his father, Joseph.
