Clifford "Cliff" F. Leavens

Clifford “Cliff” F. Leavens, age 62, of Savanna, Illinois, passed away Monday, July 17, 2017, on the Mississippi River. A private family visitation has been held.
Cliff was born on August 3, 1954, the son of Augustus and Pauline (Dunstan) Leavens in Savanna. He attended Savanna Schools. On October 28, 1989, Clifford married Tina Tilley in Savanna.
Cliff enjoyed fishing, doing yard work, mushroom hunting, deer hunting, playing cards, listening to music, and he loved to grill.
Cliff will be dearly missed by two children, Clifford E. Leavens of Savanna, and Jennifer Brashear of California; two grandchildren, Hannah Steffey of Gooselake, Iowa and Race Andersen of California; one brother, Gus (Paula) Leavens of Savanna; three sisters, Donna (Terry) Bottrell of Savanna, Margorie Stricker of Rockford, Illinois and Linda Mallow of Clinton, Iowa. Cliff is preceded in death by his parents, Augustus and Pauline, and one brother.
