Calvin C. Shafer, age 70, of Fulton, Illinois formerly of Savanna, Illinois, died Saturday, June 17, 2011 at his home. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at the Law-Jones Funeral Home, Savanna. Burial will take place in the Savanna Township Cemetery, Savanna. A visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at the Law-Jones Funeral Home, Savanna. A memorial fund has been established in Calvin’s memory.
