Bennie L. Clark, age 63, of Sabula, Iowa, died Monday, December 24, 2007 at Big Meadows Nursing Home, Savanna, Illinois. A graveside Service will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday, December 28, 2007 at Evergreen Cemetery, Sabula, Iowa. Condolences may be sent to the family at

Bennie was born September 13, 1944, the son of Lester and Bertha (Henrichson) Clark. He is a graduate of the Sabula High School.
Bennie worked as a Deputy Sheriff for the Scott County Sheriff’s Department for twenty-two years. Bennie enjoyed fishing.
He is survived by a son, Jeffrey (Lisa) Clark of Ottumwa, Iowa; a daughter, Tracy Bolton of Glendale, Arizona; two sisters, Shirley Mangler of Chillicothe, Illinois, and Linda (Don) Reed of Gambier, Ohio; and a sister in-law, Carol Clark of Monroe, Wisconsin. Bennie is preceded in death by a brother, Walter “Pat” and both parents.
