Arthur D. Nicewanner, age 56, of Rock Falls, IL, passed away August 4, 2021. He is preceded in death by his mother, Betty Miler, his father, Jimmie Nicewanner, Sr., and his granddaughter, Elena Schaefer. He leaves behind two brothers, three sisters, his eldest daughter, Jessie, and multiple children and two grand children.
