Amy Elaine Lashelle

Amy Elaine LaShelle, age 28, of Thomson, IL, passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at Clinton MercyOne Hospital. A visitation will be held Thursday, March 10, 2022 at Law Jones Funeral Home, in Savanna, IL from 3pm to 7pm, with a funeral service to follow at 7pm. Amy was born November 22, 1993, in Clinton, IA, the daughter of Danny and Betty (Leif) LaShelle. She attended Thomson area schools, graduating from West Carroll High School with the class of 2012. She worked for Promotion Fulfillment Center in Camanche, IA as a customer service representative.

Amy will be remembered as a loving and caring person who valued time spent with her family and friends. She loved shopping and getting her nails done, as well as cooking and driving around listening to music with people she cared about.

Amy will be dearly missed by her Parents, Danny and Betty; brother, David (Kayleen) LaShelle and twin brother, Adam LaShelle; grandparents, Frank and Joyce LaShelle; niece, Audrey; and nephew Bennett; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Amy is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents LaVerne and Vala Leif.

Update: A public graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Sunday, May 15, 2022 at Lower York Cemetery in Thomson, Illinois.
