Allen M. Steen

Allen Mark Steen, 76, of Rockford, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2026.

Allen was born on January 30, 1950, in Des Moines, Iowa, to Kenneth C. and Helen (Randecker) Steen. He attended school in Springfield, Massachusetts. Afterwards he served his country as a Specialist in the United States Army. He is survived by his mother, Helen Steen; brother, John Steen of Ohio; sister, Janele (Roger) Haas of Mt. Carroll, Illinois; sister, Barbara Mulford of South Carolina; and brother, Paul (Rita) Steen of Stockton, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his father.

A private family graveside service will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery.
