Eberardo "Larry" Valladares Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Eberardo "Larry" Valladares, age 79, of Savanna, Illinois, passed away Thursday, November 7th, 2019 at Manor Care in Davenport, Iowa. A Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 11, 2019 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Savanna, Illinois. Burial will take place in St. John's Catholic Cemetery, Savanna. Visitation will be held from 10 - 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 11th at the Law-Jones Funeral Home, Savanna. Family and friends are invited to share in Larry’s life at www.lawjonesfuneralhome.com. Larry was born December 6, 1939, in Savanna IL, the son of Jesus and Mercedes (Sanchez) Valladares. Larry worked 45 years for the Milwaukee, Soo and I & M Railroads. Larry was a past member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, where he belonged to the Knights of Columbus and was a Eucharistic Minister. Larry was also a past member of the Savanna Moose Club. He enjoyed bowling, taking photos, fine dining, Elvis Presley movies and spending time with family. Larry will be dearly missed by eleven siblings, Maria Gloria Gonzalez, Martha Mercedes Coffey, Ofelia Grasila Rolston, Luz Adaluz Valladares, Mercedes Maria Glessner, Ernesto Valladares, Jose Luis Valladares, Jesus Roberto Valladares, Rogelio Juan Valladares, Jaime Rafael Valladares and Eduardo Aramado Valladares; many nieces and nephews; and his Godson, Antonio Glessner. Larry is preceded in death by his parents.
